04 Jan 03 - 03:55 PM (#858673) Subject: BS: Cat on TV From: McGrath of Harlow I was hunting around today for advice on a new TV, and I came across this on an English user review site - and I thought you might like it. It was a pretty enthusiastic review, but then it came to the Bad Points bit, and they had to admit it wasn't perfect... Bad Points: The top of the telly slopes from front to back so the cat keeps sliding down the back. Very funny to watch but she is not impressed. |

04 Jan 03 - 05:30 PM (#858730) Subject: RE: BS: Cat on TV From: McGrath of Harlow What amused me was that, as you'll see if you try that link, this is a perfectly serious site about the pros and cons of various TV sets and so forth - and suddenly this cat slides in and disrupts it. |

One formerly-hungry-street-urchin-now-quitting-smoking to another, get help. I'm here for you. I thought this was going to be about a low-budget reality show. |

05 Jan 03 - 12:31 PM (#859225) Subject: RE: BS: Cat on TV From: Rustic Rebel I thought this was going to be about the commercial where the birds call the cat, and the cat runs up to the sliding glass door and is flattened out and slides down the window. Then a women cleans the window and the cat does it all over again. I thought that was a pretty amusing commercial. Peace, Rustic |

05 Jan 03 - 01:31 PM (#859253) Subject: RE: BS: Cat on TV From: GUEST,leeneia We don't have a TV, so our poor cat has to warm up on top of the computer monitor. We work together well, but occasionally his tail falls down over the screen. You should see the avant-garde chords he produces when he steps down onto the synthesizer while Noteworthy is on. |

05 Jan 03 - 08:45 PM (#859483) Subject: RE: BS: Cat on TV From: McGrath of Harlow One of our cats took to spraying the PC. We had desperate struggles making sure he was never left in the room with it. We decided it was because we had that Catz program, which has the kittens playing all over the screen and making a fair old row, and he was showing them who was boss. |

05 Jan 03 - 10:32 PM (#859528) Subject: RE: BS: Cat on TV From: JennyO My cat wouldn't fit on top of my TV - there are too many things on top - video, ornaments - and thank the goddess she shows no interest in my computer. No, her permanent resting place is on top of the fish tank, stretched out along the gro-lite. Strangely, she does not seem the slightest bit interested in the fish. They would be protected by the glass cover anyway. Jenny |
