09 Jul 98 - 02:28 PM (#32158) Subject: The Practices They Grow Small From: Kathleen I am looking for the words to the tune "The Practices They Grow Small." Pete Seeger used the tune for "Step by Step," a union song, but it was originally an Irish song. You can respond here or at mollyringo@hotmail.com Thank you very much! :D Kathleen |

I learned it as 'The Praties They Grow Small,' and you can find it in the DT using the single word Praties. DT lists it as 'The Famine Song' |

Go to the fourm search & search ( Re:LRY ADD Going Up Camborne Hill ) thread 2/26/98. Barry, who can't do links, but has a feeling Joe's out there on the lose & running wild with Linclon. |
