Here it is. A pain to strum.

Where is this place we've come to? I don't know what to say.
We long to see each other and are frightened of that day.
You met me in a barren place. you walked me to the hill.
We were so good for each other then. I know we could be still.

You couldn't have come at a better time. (3X)
Not if you tried, oh no. (2X)

We had 500 questions, between you and me.
When you look into my eyes, my love, tell me what you see.
Is it something you're not sure of? Is it something true and fine?
Or is it just another case of the right face at the wrong time?

You couldn't have come at a better time. (3X)

Since we were first together, at the lakeside sky so blue,
We were so good for each other,
Me and you and me and you and me and you and me and yoooooou

You couldn't have come at a better time. (3X)
Not if you tried, oh no. (2X)

You couldn't have come at a better time. (3X)
Not if you tried, oh no, (2X)
Not if you tried.

sounds like a fine tune... where can a poor soul like me find out how the melody goes?

and, I've been wondering 'bout this one for awhile, what exactly does "Slainte" mean?

Que Va Bien, frogger

Luka Bloom (Christy Moore's little brother)wrote and played it. I forget which album. A band called the Fenians do a very cover of it on their "Live at the Harp" album. Their webpage address is http://smithway.org/fenians/. The Fenians are a southern California based Irish folk/rock band.

Slainte means health in gaelic. It is a toast, so with that...
