Does anyone know who wrote "Summer wine" sung by Nancy Sinatra and Lee Hazelwood, also "Gold watch Blues" which starts "I went down for my interview..." and "The Vine" which begins "Today while the blossom still clings to the vine... Thanks

The title I always knew for "The Vine" was TODAY. Don't know if that's right or wrong, but it may aid in searches. I also have a hazy memory of a recording of it by the New Christy Minstrels back in the 60s, if that's any help.

A site that has lyrics for U2 recordings, in this instance, Summer Wine recorded by The Corrs and Bono, it says Summer Wine is:

Written by: Lee Hazelwood
from the Corrs album "The Corrs Live In Dublin"

Just an add on to Sorchas info:- Mick Softly who wrote Gold Watch Blues was Donovan's manager.
