Ballad Index: "The copyright and collection information on this song reveal something or other." Is it my imagination or is there a song with the line "Twenty-one years with the wrong woman." |

The "B" side of my one and only "hit", "Good Morning Captain" (1957) is entitled, "21 Years. It's a horrible recording. Actually a "Stupid LyriC" version of Worried Man Blues. It has so much echo on it, that the notes "bleed" onto the next one, making it sound sour. I've got umpteen "Promotion Copies" of my CD, Spanning the Decades", which has it and Good Morning Captain on it. I'll send you one if you give me your adress. Jody Gibson. |
