All we had was Room At The Top in Barnsley which, although excellent, was very difficult to get home from. I suppose I could have left early to catch a bus but then I would have missed some wonderful music from people like Dave Burland, Tony Heald and Derek and Dorothy Elliott. It almost becomes my local Festival as I can get there by twam and twain in about 25 minutes. I may appear with Sue Haithwaite's Band (now styled 'Sign On' and available for weddings, funerals, divorces ) see you there folks. |
