The Traditional Music Project at the British Library site is at http://www.bl.uk/collections/sound-archive/traditional_music.html; this, too, is rather limited at the moment but may grow if funding allows. The main BL site is at http://www.bl.uk/. Catalogues can now be searched online, but the kind of funding that the Library of Congress gets is only a dream for us in the UK, so don't expect to see a great deal freely available online in the near future.
