23 May 03 - 11:57 AM (#958246) Subject: Lyr Req: Obscure Lyric Request From: jacobin Hi all! First post to the list--glad to be here! I've had a snippet of a song running through my head for a few days, with no way to identify it. It's a dim childhood memory--so late 60s/early 70s--and the only lyrics I can remember (part of the chorus) are: Come on, come on get ready [unremembered line] There's a million voices waiting There's a song we've got to sing. Lead singer was female. That's as much as I can recall. Hope someone can help. Cheers jacobin |

Hang in there and give us a bit of time. Eventually we are usually able to come through.:-) Welcome to the Mudcat! kat |
