After many months I would like you to welcome my friend Fliss.

She's from Shropshire and especially enjoys Irish music - but listens to most anything else.

Welcome to the Madhouse :-)

How you can call her a friend and then blithely usher her into this demented community is beyond me, Tig.....welcome Fliss.

Don't listen to them. We are all intelligent and reasonable people. The one person that you will meet here who is regarded by one and all as the Guru of Mudcat is Catspaw, whose witty and well-reasoned discussions enable us to...to...words fail me.

Thanks for the welcome Tig and friends.

Its OK folks, I know quite a few Mudcat regulars and they have been coaxing me to join since Warwick Festival last year.

For any one in the no Im also one of Nonny James Silversurfers... Radio Shropshire listens will understand.

cheers Fliss

I used to know a Fliss once, back in the dear dead days of Richmond-upon-Thames. A lovely red-headed girl. No not that joke, lovely red-head, no hair just a lovely red head.
Boom boom
Welcome Fliss, and felicitations.....Giok

Greetings from the Deep Sunny Southland (only today it's more like the Wet Soggy Southland). After you've been around here for a while, you will doubtlessly notice a propensity among Mudcatters residing in the southern U.S. to occasionally lapse into a form of discourse known as "Bubba talk". It is extremely prevalent in BS/non-music threads. It is sometimes hard for non-southerners, and particularly UKers to understand.

We jus' figger thet if yu Uk-types kin habv nems lack "Fliss" we'uns kin tawk enny way we wont too.

Cheerios
