From: katlaughing I just saw a wonderful episode of National Goegraphics' Dogs with jobs program on cable television here in the US. The best feature was a border collie mix named "Rocky" who is a therapy dog for seniors and who was shown making his debut at a pub called Green Sleeves along with his human partner, singer/songwriter, Damien Follett. The other really neat thing they showed was an elderly lady in a wheelchair playing a buttonbox with Rocky singing along. It was adorable and you could tell he does a lot for the seniors. I couldn't find a picture of him, online, but if you go to this page and scroll down to his name and Damien's, then click on them, you can hear a great short interview in which Rocky sings slong to several songs: click here. JenEllen, I think Angus and Rocky would make quite a duo! Enjoy, folks, it is worth the listen! kat |

Therapy dogs are worth their weight in platinum. I was in a rehab facility and someone came around daily with a therapy dog. All types of breeds, Rotties, mixed breeds, Scotties, and I think one minature daschund. |
