Lyr Req: Si Kahn humorous song about 'home'

Several years ago, I heard Si Kahn perform a humorous song -- I'm assuming it was his -- about remembering home, ala all those songs about "remembering Caroline", having gone off to the city to work. But..this one was about someone from Brooklyn who had gone off to live in the south and was fondly remembering home. Anyone know the title, cd, lyrics etc.?

Si Kahn does have a humorous streak, usually well cloaked. How else could he have composed and sung "Superior Sperm (aka Fresh-Water Whaling)" before thousands of us attending the Wheatland festival in Remos, Michigan, many years ago. If I'd been seated in a chair, I certainly would have fallen off it. And with the crowd pressing in on all sides it was difficult to roll around laughing but I tried...

Yes, I'd like to see the lyrics to this request as well.

From comments made by Spaw, it MIGHT be Blue Ridge Mountain Refugees, but I didn't find any lyrics.

Blue Ridge Mountain Refugee is a beauty, Sorcha, but it's about displaced mountaineers and it kinda makes you ache: "and you know, they can't go home again. Not to sit and talk amongst their childhood friends." In 1994, Mr. Kahn estimated he had written 600 songs, so finding the one about Caroline could be difficult. Might check the Web site for Grass Roots Leadership, the organization Mr. Kahn runs in Charlotte, N.C., for contact information.
