My personal highlights were: the fiddling of John Specker (and fantastic banjo accompaniment by Allen Feldman), seeing Mike Seeger do a program for kids at which there were NO kids but a nice group of enthusiastic grownups who all participated, Dan Milner at the ballads session singing The Crayfish (what a fantastic voice), Joan Crane's really nice set of rural blues-influenced folk with great dobro playing by Kevin Maul, Norman Kennedy's singing, and that only takes us to about 5pm that day when I had to leave. |

I have it on good authority that Kendall was there. Maybe he got likkered up and went off in the wrong direction when he went to go home. Should we send search parties into the Adirondacks? Peter. |
