I can sing most of the song from memory. I would like to get a recording or charts or lyrics. The song is about a young boy who falls into a well. But his name is so long that it took too long to say his name. The boys name is (I'm spelling phonetically now): Eddie-coochee-catcha-catcha-toesamary-tosanoma-sama-kama-wackie Brown I'm not kidding, it was recorded. Anyone out there have a clue? |

Mainly as a way to keep us occupied trying to figure out how to say his name. But the lyric we learned were slightly different, but very similar. My sister & I still sing it & it amazes people. |

I sang it in elementary school as well. (Elizabeth Holiday elementary) I could never remember the lyrics, just "Eddie cucha cacha cama tosa nera tosa noma sama cama wacky brown" fell into a well.
