I am sure there is nothing going on that he doesnt know about. He is,or was , a Mudcatter but I dont know what alias he uses so I dont know if he's around these days. Tuesday - Trafalgar Hotel, South Quay, Douglas. Friday - Mitre Hotel, Ramsey. Friday - Tynwald Inn, St. Johns. Friday - Liverpool Arms, Baldrine (Laxey) - check first, not regular. Saturday - Mitre Hotel, Kirk Micchael - check first. Saturday - White House Hotel, Peel. |

I remember they played in a number of venues around the island, the Douglas Head is the name that I remember best. Manx Radio played a big part in the folks scene ther if I remember correctly. It's a beautiful island. |

Check out King Chiaullee's website. they are a great young band from the isle of man and often hold sessions in the liverpool arms. Last week he was talking about the centenary of Cecil Sharp's collecting of 'Seeds of Love'. |
