BS: Any Buffalo Cats?

I might be able to make it to Buffalo for a short visit in late September/early October with a friend.

Any 'catters there? Any musical events I should be aware of?

Thanks!

I may be there for a few days at the end of September as well. I'll be watching this thread to see what develops.......KT

Well, if there aren't other cats in that area, maybe we could meet up and jam?

Buffalo Cats, won't you come out tonight,
Come out tonight, come out tonight,
Buffalo Cats, won't you come out tonight,
And dance by the light of the moon.

Yes, I remember it well, that evening in the Niagara Gorge, when we were trampled to death by a stampeding herd of Buffalo Cats...

LOL!

At least the jokes are coming out, even if there don't seem to be mudcatters in Buffalo. Wow, a city wthout any mudcatters... can't believe it!

Anyone been there and can recommend something to do?

Well, one can visit the headquarters of Hooker Chemical (which has been renamed) and ask them how their clean-up of Love Canal is coming along.

I never stopped in Buffalo, myself, unless I got lost trying to make my way back and forth across the border. I found the places I'd end up somewhat eeriy (pun intended), as I'd invariably end up in some huge lot filled with scrap metal or other body parts, and have to retrace my path to the Expressway. And the smell! It was distinctive enough to make the New Jersey meadowlands seem like a bed of roses. They do say, though, that some people live and work there.

Hmm, smoggy... maybe I don't want to go!

I'd heard it does have music, though I guess... no mudcatters. :'(
