I recently heard an ad on t.v.
which used the song I've been every where
as the music. It was advertising Comfort Inn
(i think) and a bunch of other related hotel
chains. Can anyone identify the musicians
who sing this song? It has a lot of place names
in quic succession (minnesota, oskaloosa, alabama
or something like that)
(there is another song like it called I've had every beer
which consists of beer brand names)

Rolf Harris recorded a song called 'I've been everywhere man', or at least, that's the chorus, it might be that one, although I don't recall the verses. Try one of his websites (sorry, no links) to see if they have lyrics.

If it's the one I think you mean, performed both by Hank Snow and Johnny Cash, it is in the DigiTrad.

It's definitely Johnny Cash singing in the ad.
