Flying from Albany, NY via Chicago, to Portland, OR. Helping my son finish packing, then share driving of the rental truck and his car, east - as far as Bozeman, MT., where his sister lives, and to where he's moving, for a few months at least. Couple of days there and I fly back to Albany next wednesday.

Don't do anything fun until I get back.

That depends on whether your work is fun for you or not. If it's fun, you can't go to it until I get back; but if you don't enjoy it, then you can go.

Alice, when I was there last, I checked the Leaf and Bean and their Bluegrass jam was every other Tuesday, and it wasn't the one I was there. I'll check it out when I'm there the beginning of the week, to see if it's this tuesday.

Peter, the Irish session is much more established. I go there more often than the bluegrass one. Irish session is half a block west from the Leaf & Bean in the Baxter lobby, 8pm, every Sunday.
