I would like to know of individual songs or a source for songs from various foreign countries that would be sung in winter, either as part of holiday observances or simply reflecting aspects of the winter season. The ones I already know are: Skating on the Volga Chinese Lily Song Feliz Navidad Habari Gani (Kwanzaa) Ujima (Kwanzaa) I Saw Three Ships Deck the Hall Light One Candle My Dreydl Hanukkah, Oh Hanukkah African Noel The Wren The Holly and the Ivy Silent Night O Tannenbaum Thanks in advance for your help! As I remember, it is a beautiful song, but I'll have to see where it is from. To address your p.s., I should have been more specific. I am looking for songs from outside of the USA. Paul |
