Amnesty International (Maidenhead Branch UK)have booked myself and some other Musicians and Singers - listed as friends!! Including the Admiral and his good lady wife to anchor this evening.

So we have music, many instruments - applachian dance - Sara Marshall, Possibly some English Clog and I'm working on some Irish tonight!!! And some brilliant singing I should imagine.

Entry as they need funds is £5.00p the doooo starts at around 1930.

Any Musicaian or singer coming with two paying guests can get in free. Yup a bit mercenary but they are after fund raising, there is a lot of injustice out there at present. The Pub (I understand) has donated the room free and is hoping to make some profit on beer.

Any questions or otherwise PM me or andy@mnemonic.uk.com

Hope some of you can come.

Seven Stars is the pub where Dog Days used to be held.

Yes! It is the 'Seven Stars' at Knowle Hill, long associated with the 'Dog Days' Charity Weekend and numerous other Folkie type events and yes, the event is being held in the Coachhouse which, as Leadfingers says, is a great place to sing and play in. Good food, good beer, good music in a great surroundings and all in the good cause of Amnesty, what more could you ask for?

And before you say anything Terry, you could ask for free beer but I doubt you'll get it!
