Especially thanks must go to Punch the Horse who were awesome, duelling fiddles a speciality, and a big thanks to Richard for stepping into the breach at the last moment, everyone without exception said the band were tremendous, even the non-folkies thought they were brilliant and the Stewardess, bless her little cotton socks, wants them to come and play there again. Once again Thanks for coming and I cannot express how good the boys and girls of Punch the Horse were Cheers Raggytash & Wombat |

It was an absolute joy of an evening and I was especially pleased it was a success for Chris and yourself. As you know we play many places over the course of a year, some with a better reception than others. I am sure I can speak for the others when I say that was the high spot of many a long month. That club is fantastic !! I would certainly make tha my local if I lived in Huddersfield. Again all the best for the future, will see you both at the New year in the Whitby for a bit of song and imbibing and that. I hope to be in a position to play at your golden wedding anniversary !! |

I have just made an inappropriate remark on the other Raggy thread about swellings. So I'll not mention it here. See you again soon, I hope. |

My afternoon do (piss up) went to tat time when because of Ramadan taxi's were impoosible to get so I missed the 6.40 train, hoped to get 7.40 but bleeding taxi's didn't arrive till 7.45. The wabbitt was not amused and chastised me firmly saying 'Oh what a naught boy I were' Sos Raggy & Chris heard it were good. |
