A huge bit of "Thank You" to Micca and all the lovely singers! I got the cd in the post yesterday and just got a chance to give it a listen this morning. Fantastic. Mini-discs and digital cameras are my secondary heroes today (Micca is the first, for putting this all together). You all look and sound wonderful. Thank you!!

Bloody hell, what sort of mini-disc recorder has he got, to make us sound wonderful? Nice to know that the atmosphere can be bottled and exported, though!

Herga Kitty, mine has these luverly folks:
Tony and Pearl O'Neill, Mike Butterfield, John Garrick, Andy Barnes, Morti, Gervase, Micca, Elizabeth and Dave Earl, Dick Frost, and Liz the Squeak. The liner notes say it is a 'snapshot' of the August 2003 gathering, I'm green thinking there's more I haven't heard!

JenEllen

I drove home from Whitby on the Friday so I could go and have a sing in the barn at Towersey on Saturday, and managed to get back for another sing on the Monday lunchtime.

It was the second anniversary of my discovering Mudcatters at Whitby, joining Mudcat when I got home, and then finding more Mudcatters in the barn at Towersey on the Saturday. ("Finding" in the sense that they were all people I already knew, like LtS, Gervase and Micca.)

But Towersey clashes with Bridgnorth, which is another Mudcat magnet... although Morty and Pixie managed to do both!
