Whether yours was a successful leap or not will probably depend on the soundness of your assessment of the situation, as to the risks, benefits, and your capabilities. Regardless-- good luck! Turns out that I can look after myself a lot better than I thought, or was led to believe. That leap was the turning point in my life and I will never regret it.
