We hope to be visiting 26..29th December'2003.

Any suggestions regarding places to see/visit?

Our tastes are Traditional Folk/Traditional Jazz/Cajun/Zydeco, etc.

Sorry, I'm in Morgan City (hour and a half west) I could tell you places to go visit and eat but not so much for the music. You should be good for music anywhere in the French Quarter. Don't miss the D-Day museum on Magazine street.

Poppagator,

Sorry we didn't make contact but since Sue is full of a cold we thought you wouldn't thank us for passing it on to you!

Had wonderful time at Donna's Bar, but less luck at "The Kerry Bar".

Seems that no 20 year olds are permitted in the same room as a gaming machine so we left.

Anyway thanks for your helpful list of suggested venues.
