07 Jan 04 - 04:54 AM (#1087725) Subject: BS: Non Smoking clubs NW England? From: Dave the Gnome I know this question has been asked before for different areas but we probably need an update anyway. Anyone know any non-smoking folk clubs in the north west of England? Preferably within an hours drive of Manchester but I could go further given the right inducements. (Eg. Good beer followed by a stay over at a house filled with 21 year old blond nymphomaniacs;-) ) Cheers DtG |

From: John J Hi Dave, The Railway at Heatley, near Lymm (both Wednesday and Thursday nights) doesn't seem to be bothered by smokers. The beer is VERY good, but not many nymphomaniacs I'm afraid. You would be more than welcome, as ever. I hope you're well! Cheers, John |

From: McGrath of Harlow A bit out of your territory, but the White Horse in Hertford has a monthly Sunday afternoon session upstairs in a non-smoking room. Only trouble is last month someone suddenly smelt smoke in the middle of things, and it turned out the pub was on fire... However it looks like its back in business - White Horse, Hertford - 18th january 2004 |
