We play this in a set with "Father O'Flynn". I like to be able to talk about the significance of the title of a tune, but I'm afraid the "Stool of Repentance" has me stumped. Can anyone enlighten me? It's called the cutty-stool in a song commencing "As I came in by Fisherraw" appended to "Bogi-Don" in the Scarce Songs file on my website. www.erols.com/olsonw |
