Does anyone know the chords to Raeburn's Farewell (aka Jamie Raeburn)
the old Scottish traditonal song? I have a couple of versions but I think I am missing something.

Depends on which version you're doing. The version we do (close to what Ed Miller recorded, though not exactly), I just use D, G, and A. Not sure of the order, and I'm capoed up three frets so I'm really in F. Bobby Watt does a minor key version of the song, but his tune is his own.

I have a version of Jamie Rayburn on an old cassette tape that uses the following for each verse. Seems to work well:

A minor, F, D minor, A minor;
A minor, C, G, A minor;
A minor, C, G, A minor;
A minor, F, D minor, A minor
