01 Mar 04 - 04:12 PM (#1127182) Subject: Lyr Req: Dixieland band in the sky From: Richard Bridge I used to have (I think my stepson won it when he was getting into blues piano) a great little book with a number of blues songs in it - and the above was one. I really wish I still had the words and chord sequence. The Digitrad (surprisingly) seems to have nothing for any of the snatches of words I can remember. Nor Google. Can the collective mudcat wisdom produce? |

About 15 songs, some trad and some with CC to Arnold, arranged for guitar. I think he takes CC on this particular piece, for all that may be worth. If anyone else has this closer at hand, excellent. Mine is a couple of miles away and I can't get at it till tomorrow, but will be happy to post the lyrics and changes if no one does it sooner. |
