Dear Anne, There are two books about Lilith Fair (I had to buy them for a young relative recently): Building a Mystery: The Story of Sarah McLachlin and Lilith Fair (Quarry, 1998) and From Lilith to Lilith Fair: The Authorized Story (Griffin Press, 1998).
