I have seen that a while back with the buttons 'say something stupid' etc. I have flash software but have not loaded it for use. In my talks with Mark Fiore who does some of the best flash bushtoons on the web, he said to keep it simple - which is a hard thing to do. Also too stupid to be president.com has good flash cartoons of Rumsfeld. Tom Toles can still outdo in one black and white frame what many flash cartoonists can do.
