02 Apr 04 - 03:49 PM (#1153031) Subject: Community Musicians Performance HULL From: Sttaw Legend Community Musician Practitioners PERFORMANCE Hull Performance - Sunday 4 April Albemarle Centre Ferensway Hull - 7.30pm There will be twenty musicians playing a variety of both instruments and musical styles for this performance. "Music4U" has launched this course for local musicians to develop new skills to work effectively within the community. The course consists of various modules including: Establishing workshop skills - Developing ensemble and performance skills - self managing community music projects - composition, song writing, arranging and recording - investigating community music. In essence the course is designed to develop all music genres within the community to all. On Sunday 4 April as part of the course these musicians will be performing at Albemarle Centre Ferensway Hull, start time 7.30. |
