The City of San Francisco says they're public records they have the right to sell and I don't mind gay couples getting junk mail like everyone else, but doesn't anyone else wonder if this could create a problem? Perhaps this law should be applied to this case too. Genealogists have been stifled by this law and are no longer able to help people trace family roots. The vital statistics are only availalbe to people who can prove they are blood relatives. this is state wide, so should be true for these records too. |
