23 Apr 04 - 03:53 PM (#1169286) Subject: BS: beware - parental units in Netherlands From: GUEST,MMario or will be shortly - They fly out of Logan (Boston,Ma) this evening and arrive in Amsterdam about 7AM local time tomorrow. Then they will be taking a "tulip cruise" until the 3rd of May when they invade London via the Chunnel. The 5th they will fly out of Heathrow back to Logan. I'm *so* glad these two octagenarians have "cut back" on their travels - at least this time they aren't watching the polar bears migrate onto pack ice from a helicopter - or riding zodiac inflatables around the galapogos islands - |

As I'm heading to early retirement, I've been reading up on us baby boomer retirees & we'll apparently be doing the same as this pair in a few decades. We will live longer than our parents, be in good health for longer & do all kinds of interesting things include travel & spend money entertaining ourselves! sandra |
