27 Apr 04 - 09:08 AM (#1172201) Subject: RE: BS: Fiddler (and Stepper) off line From: fiddler No - broken rudder, wire lock Cill K&A on the way back form Caen Hill, We went down it (just uis two and the dog who was no use) in 2.5 hours and back up it (with another boat too) in 2.25 hours. for anyone who reads this the hill has 17 locks inl,ess than a mile, I cna't post a photo as I can't get to my web area without teh boadband and the boat is stuck up on wooden chocks awaiting a rudder repair! Yup Tony see you in Chippenham. I have less to do than normal so will be in the Pub a bit more! Andy |
