I just wanted to let you know I am thinking of you and wishing you well. I understand, and am sure others do, too, that it takes time to work through grief. If you drop by, please don't feel as though you have to post or reply to any/all of us. There are so many of us who may express our sorrow for you and, in most cases, only one of you, so I know it can be a bit overwhelming. It's life and, guess what? We'll all get thru it... But I am thankful for the Prayer Chain because it does give me an opportunity to hook up with you folks that I only know from reading your posts and taking a little time in my life to reflect and emphthize with your struggles and hope that in doing so that a certain energy is harnished that can only help... for when we give a little of or spiritual self we get back an equal or greater amount in return from God and from our brothers and sisters of Faith. She fought it with radiation and chemo. She fought it and was winning but the result of her treatment caused brittle bones. This winter she slipped and fell and broke both of her legs. She developed a blood clot and it went to her heart and/or lungs and it killed her. She was 37 years old. I have heard it said that a blood clot has killed more people than AIDS and heart disease combined. Thanks for listening. Love and Peace, Rustic |
