My A strings will not behave

I put a new set of strings on me zouk and now the soddin' things will not stay in tune. You can hear them going off even as you play.

It seems it's just the As that do this.

Makes you want to drink bleach.

The B-string was always a problem for me, too. On guitar. Strange. Wonder if it has to do with where the note fits harmonically with those around it. Anyone know if there is a 'mathematical' reason for this?

Well, as long as your G-String behaves in public...

How long has it been on there?

It takes several days for new strings to settle in on my guitar. I leave it out, and every time I notice it, I tune it again.
