I made it a good night from Tony with Bruce Bailey
A good turn up

Don't forget Wombwell Spring Bank folk festival, could do with a number of singers/musos for the pub sessions

Howden and Jones I understand are doing the pub sess on the Sunday,
as I'm local I've been asked (last night) to do Saturday, could do with a few more!!

Wombwell Fest should be a good one looking at the line-up. The Howden Jones incarnation is the duo, Kate and Paul (Hedley decided there were too many fiddles already at the event). I shall be cycling the Tissington Trail with my kids instead.

Hope the sessions go well Mr Padgett.

Cheers
Sarah

Damm. Wish I'd spotted this before Wednesday. Don't recall it being advertised in local mags either. Ah well, hopefully this is a sign that Tony will be out and about over the coming months so I'll no doubt have the opportunity to see him then.

All the best

Enjoyed Saturday at the Spring Bank fest. Kathryn Roberts and Sean lakeman were superb, as were the youngsters (Iscador? Tell me how to spell it please somebody!!!) who started the evening concert. Roy Bailey was, as always, Roy Bailey. Lion Train - very colourful and accomplished (and LOUD).

Thanks Padgett for the singaround, enjoyed it very much.
