BS: More Nanny government

So now the Govt is looking at introducing a 'Children's Food Bill' to cut obesity.

Surely the lead should come from the parents/guardians when feeding their children/wards. I cannot see how government regulation will help except as a feel good factor by those that write it.

Taken to its next possible step they might propose a law bill that requires all parents/guardians only to feed their children healthy food or go to jail ;-)

I'd vote for a bill that required all parents/guardians to feed their children healthy attitudes or go to jail!

It would make a very pleasant change to walk round Tesco without hearing Brit'ny ger over ere yer likkle bleedor or al ba'er yer

:-)

Cheers

It'd be good to see the end of wall-to-wall adverts that aim at getting children to pester their parents to buy them junk food.
