I forgot how to make a link, but put "hamster powered car" into your searcher to find full details. |

Would you like us to start with the role of Hamsters in Hannibal's crossing of the Alps - or shall we begin a bit earlier - say with the Hamster's role in the cro-magnon usurption of Neanderthal territory? Or perhaps a bit later - say with the role of Hamsters in the development of the British Navy under Victoria? |

04 Jun 04 - 01:26 AM (#1199886) Subject: RE: BS: Hamster Powered Cars From: GUEST,Corridus I am still alive and am writing this on a borrowed laptop, courtesy of Freddy the White Rat, a rodent and a gentleman. I have been through absolute hell in the last few weeks, due to the vicious and diabolical games and tortures devised by the Rich Kid, who has too much spare time on his hands. Most of these involve various radio-controlled vehicles and other hazardous devices, such as rockets and parachutes. I have been cast adrift in boats, propelled in monster trucks and slot cars at insane speeds, sent aloft in balloons and even in the nose cone of a rocket (dreadful experience!), sent underwater in submersibles....the horrors go on and on! The positive side is, I am getting lots of ideas for my next romance novel, which I shall call "20,000 Seeds Under the Sea", or something like that. I am gratified by this thread, which is a nice tribute to hamsters. I shall resume my own thread as soon as is practicable. Freddy says "Hi". That's all for now. - Corridus |
