14 Jun 04 - 08:42 AM (#1206835) Subject: UK Clog Dancers & Musicians Wanted From: PennyBlack Over the last couple of years the team has been expanding, which is very pleasing, and although we've had lots of female members join we really need some more Male Morris Dancers to balance the dances. Likewise more Musicians especially Free Reed (Melodeon, Concertina, Accordion.) The Team is based in the village of Singleton, Lancashire UK. They meet every Monday evening from 7.30pm to 9.45pm at the Village Hall then on to an the après clog at the local. Singleton Cloggers regularly "dance out" at various events and festivals (details on the Website). It doesn't matter what age you are or if you've never danced before as full "training" will be given. So why not give it a go? it's fun, keeps you fit and don't forget the après clog!
