Anyone know how I can get me mits on any Bernard Wrigley CDs, not seen any in the folk sections of the main CD stores eg. HMV, Virgin.

Have a look at Bernard's website HERE where you can get hold of most of the stuff he's recorded.

Cheers

I'm after a recording of a Bernard Wrigley song which is called something like "My Grandmother's Mittens" (the mittens are a definite part, the grandmother not necessarily so. I will, of course, try e-mailing the great man himself, but would rather have have the definitive title before I do so, for obvious reasons. Can anyone assist?

Just email the man himself. He's a particularly friendly chap,
especially to people who happen to like his music.

What the hey then. Have sent him an e-mail. I was just a bit wary about not knowing the title of the song. Will let you know how I get on...

I know it sounds like you've heard it before, but try CAMSCO Music, 800/548-FOLK (3655) or dick@camscomusic.com

Could it be "Walter's Mittens". I can't say I know it but the mittens bit rung a bell.

Might be right up there with "Me Grand Dad's Smelly Feet"

Cheers guys. The last three posts were made after I went home from work - the only place where I have access to a computer. Bernard has just sent me an e-mail confirming what Martin Ellison says. It is available to buy on Bernard's website, so I will get it in a couple of weeks when I've been paid.
Thanks again, chaps.
