Lessee -- we had Nicole and Alaska Mike and Amos and Banjoest from the Cat, and Davey Lad the Blues Harpist and Darrell the Good Ole Boy Picker and Singer, from the not-yet-catters side, as well as several attentive audiencettes. And Alaska Mike is one hell of a performer and a joy to hear, especially when he pipes up with his own rare and wonderful material. We all sang for hours, and I musta lost my voice three times! All in all it was a hoot and many thanks to all who made it, especially those who came from so far away -- Mike and Nicole. I'll get some photos over to Pene Azul as soon as I find them!! A |
