As someone from the 'Vale' I wish you well Rob. The girls will go down belting. I'm from that area and would go to the Festival were it not for the fact that my fave festi Warwick is the same weekend.

Bob - Linda and I can remember meeting a lot of the people involved with the festival a couple of years ago when we went for a boat trip on the loch. We were there because a friend of ours, Bridget Hayes was having a 60th birthday celebration at the sane time. Are Bridget and her partner Neil involved with the festival this year ?

I can remember the chippy in Balloch - lovely haggis and black pudding fried in batter.

Sandwiched neatly in between the Saturday Night Session Hangover and Sunday Lunch, I shall be performing on the Open Stage at 1:00 PM.

I shall attempt to sing soothingly.

Well, at slightly less than my usualy earbursting volume.

Including "Coming home" I hope! Will look forward to it.

Oh bugger, I'm working a night shift Friday night to Sat morning, so probably won't get over till Sat afternoon. Apologies to Skelpit Lug then.

Hope the gig goes well for T&W on 24th at the Lomond and we'll see you later at the hoose.

Had a great 50th party, dyed my hair to get back to my oringinal hair colour... but it turned out PINK. Tried to wash it out but had to go to work with it. I am getting lots of strange looks but my boss thinks it is cool. Could well still be pink when we get to Lomond!

Cheers John. Angie sends her regards. She was interviewed for Radio Merseyside and the programme went out on Sunday. They played seven tracks, Two from "Now We Are Met and Five from "coming through".

Still no answer to my question about whether Bridget & Neil (I can't remember the name of their group) are likely to be there.

Haven't seen them for a wee while, but they usually manage to get around to Loch Lomond. I may see someone who occasionally plays with them this week. If I do, I'll ask.
