40 years on, when afar and asunder...

Harrow School Song methinks....

Have a jolly fine 40th Wigan. My Alma Mater - Wellington (NZ) FC will celebrate their 40th in October. Poverty excludes may attendance there.

Have a fine time Wigan!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cheers - Sam - NZ

Got to the Royal Oak for Saturday Night, and it was heavin'. Really had a good time, and heard some great acts I hadn't seen live before.

Took a few photographs and will put them on the website, but I wasn't in such a great spot. If there are any photographs that can be e-mailled to me I will put them in as well. I would be most grateful.

I'm at webmaster@wiganfolkclub.co.uk

Well done Joan.

What a cracking weekend for the 40th Birthday. Joan - you're an angel and did a wonderful job. I hadn't done much at all for the last umpteen years so hope I didn't appear too rusty. Inspired and back in the folk scene again now. Thanks to all the wonderful folk I met and who bought me a pint.Just recovered. Hope to see you all again soon.
