The arrow on the map indicates the entrance to the car park which is about 50m down Twitton Lane from the pub. It's a pleasant little pub, selling good real ales which is the venue for the "Travellers Rest" folk club on the 2nd Thursday of each month. I'll be the one doing the croaking chorus (fron the Frogs, by Aristophanes). |

It's a prettier route than my suggestion, but will probably take you longer. It beats me why they couldn't have had a Sevenoaks exit on the M26 - that might have made things easier. Nerd: I think that the Streetmap.co.uk hyperlink in my opening post proves that the place does really exist. In fact it's only along the road from Pratt's Bottom - and I understand that a Mr Pratt might even be coming ! |
