BS: PISS - Our most versatile word?

G'day,

PISS - is the most versatile word in the English Language I reckon!

A couple of decades back I wrote a long paragraph where the word "piss" (and derivatives) never occurred more than four words apart. I may be able to reproduce it - but let's see what you Catters come up with. Here's a few clues. The paragraph covered...

1. Liquids from the weather, through alcohol imbibing to excreting.
2. Emotions from laughter to aggression.
3. Mnay US/NZ(UK) expressions were 'culturally opposite'
4. There was more... BUT...

Piss off - I'm off on the piss...

Please add your piss-useless paragraphs here..

Cheers - Sam

John Peel said it on R4 yesterday.
He justified it by quoting God using the word.

Piss off, pissant! You really pissed me off by getting pissed and high and driving around Piscataway while it was pissing with rain. It was piss-poor judgment. If you'd been piss-tested or breathelysed, you would have pissed away your life savings paying the fine.

What the fuck is that supposed to mean, Blackcatter?

(seriously, I don't get it. I would understand it with any noun except FUCK; e.g. "the fucking fucker's car is fucking fucked." But how can his fuck be fucked?)

As they say in my neighborhood: that's fucked up, man.

Having spent a long time today working on another thread which incleded Tolpuddle and the River Piddle (where my forebears forebore).. I was pissed off when the computer got pissed on and the words pissed off...

YUP - I'll drink to Toll=pee.. and the piddling martyrs - whose blood flows thu' me veins (on the other side of the world). Best I could find on DT for the Tolpiddlers was Red Fly the Banners

Gee. Just how many other threads can people start so that all the true wits can post their oh-so-original puns and double-entendres?

A lady walked into a bar and asked for a double-entendre. So the barman gave her one.

I think there is another four-letter word that is even more versatile: What the hell! A hell of a good time. A hell of a thing to do. The hell you say! Give 'em hell. Hell's bells! Run like hell. Boil the hell out of it. To hell with it! Hell, I don't care. Raise hell.
