Just looked up the words for this song in the DT, as I only knew the 1st verse. I'm sure there is an error (variation) where the DT uses "Druid's Bay", I'm pretty sure it's meant to refer to "Druridge Bay" - as Druridge is an actual coastal location, and I have never heard of Druid's bay on the NE coast.

I think there no doubt it's Drurige Bay, but glossed to Druid's Bay. Folk singers, hey?

There is no doubt that "Druid's" is -strictly speaking- an error, but it isn't a recent one, and seems to date back to Terry's Salt Sea Ballads of 1931. All covered in the earlier discussion, anyway.
