Easy Singalong songs

I'm helping to lead a singalong soon and I want to find some easy songs that will be accessible to most young to middle-aged adults. I know there's lots on the web but I'd like to hear from you folks. What are your winners, the ones that work the best? We will have banjo and guitar accompaniment. Thanks, good vibes.

Hi, Vibes - I guess I have the best luck with chorus songs. We've had a good thread on chorus songs here (click), and I'm sure you'll find lots of good suggestions there. Camp songs (click) work well, too. If you do a DT Keyword Search for camp, you'll find lots.
I suppose my most successful song is "Singin in the Rain," with hand motions and hip swivels and "toody-toddy, toody-toddy, toody-ta-ta" between choruses (you have to see it to learn it). I've gotten tired of it, but people often ask me to sing The MTA Song. I really like "Hava Nagila," and "I've Been Working on the Railroad."
Have a good time. If you have fun, your audience will, too.
