Is this what you are wanting? The music for Three Sea Captains is HERE in ABC format as well as sheet music.
If you use an ABC Converter you can also get it played as a MIDI file.

Three (Sea) Captains is used for set dancing in Ireland and for Morris in England; I've not heard that any song is sung to it. See The Fiddler's Companion for more information:

There is also Three Jolly Rogues which I have heard called 3 Jolly Captains or Good Old Colony Days. Maybe?
