This was touted as the end of poverty in Mexico, money to bring the people into the modern world. What happened to the oil? It doesn't appear that much of it stayed in Mexico. Jim |

The last I heard, they were still trying to get the money back. They probably want his head, too. But the Mexicans are a practical people; I expect they'd settle for the money. |
