20 Aug 04 - 07:08 AM (#1251814) Subject: Wanted: Mandolin teacher in Hull From: Kate Just wondering if anyone knows a good mandolin teacher in or around Hull. I bought the lovely instrument a while ago and have been really hoping to learn it but I need a bit of a kick start. I want to be able to play in sessions at some point in the future. I'll need to be someone patient as I'm certainly not a natural! |

20 Aug 04 - 08:20 AM (#1251858) Subject: RE: Wanted: Mandolin teacher in Hull From: Sir Roger de Beverley I'm glad about that Linda. Kate, our Tuesday session is a more general workshop led by Tom on the concertina. I'm usually the only one there with a mandolin - and you wouldn't want to learn all my self-taught bad habits. You are more than welcome to come anyway, if you wish. Roger |
